Takes all these vitamins is bad for my health?
I sex-drive/low low energy and am trying to restore normalcy, but I wonder if taking all of them is bad for me. I am a man 18 years later. Exercise price and I take 7-8 / 2 hours of sleep each day and I do not feel well. Mentally and physically exhausting three years earlier. Im not taking them yet, but I just order them from the line. View magnesium and zinc. Zinc, if taken in excess, can become toxic. Also, make sure you take the right type Zinc (many forms you are not chelated and has not done much good). Since magnesium is concerned, if you take the magnesium, which should also take copper (a ratio of 4:1) and magnesium tends to undermine the copper. yohimbe bark can be dangerous, so … be careful on that front.
